What to expect

03.0From first conversation to diagnosis.

Three structured stages to evaluate, together, whether the technical and operational basis exists for a productive collaboration.

  1. Stage 01

    Initial conversation

    A meeting with your technical team. We understand the context, the recurring failures and the real operational constraints.

  2. Stage 02

    Document review

    We contrast your plans and reports against the four evaluation questions and share a preliminary analysis with the most relevant technical observations.

  3. Stage 03

    Proposal

    If there is technical and operational alignment, we formalize a detailed proposal with scope, team, milestones and success metrics. If not, we communicate it transparently.
